Head Chef - Contract Catering - Chilwell
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef for the UK's leading Contract Catering Company for their site in Chilwell!!
As Head Chef you will provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for up to 200 staff per day all from fresh ingredients. Working 5 out of 7 and daytime hours you will prepare and present high quality and innovative food in line with company objectives and client requirements.
As head chef you will report into the Catering Manager and be fully responsible for all financials such as costing and budgets, allergens, due diligence and health and safety. Along with all the management side you will be extremely hands on in the kitchen, leading by example.
