Working with one of our clients, we are looking for Project Managers to oversee projects in Bristol and Gloucester areas.
The company are an office fit out contractor, and operate throughout the UK, and boast an impressive portfolio of clients.
Ongoing contracts available, with follow on projects expected after initial placements.

- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- MS Project
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the delivery of a project in compliance with Company Policy's and processes, paying particular attention to Health and Safety.
- Prepare CPHSP for each assigned project, to include a project program prepared with MS Project.
- Deliver assigned projects within the agreed client timescales including:-
- Communicating issues as they arise in a positive and timely manner
- Implementing the response to minimise disruption and delay, whilst ensuring that the current specification and drawings are issued and adhered to.
- Raising any pertinent questions to the relevant parties regarding the specification or drawings.
- Ensure adequate supervision, labour and materials are resourced. - Prepare weekly project manager reports to regularly communicate progress / issues relating to the delivery of projects to the Account Manager and Compliance Officer.
- To handover completed projects to the Client in liaison with the Account Manager, including delivery of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, working with internal resource to achieve same, with particular regard to as built drawings.
