Job Title: Customer Support Advisor (Sage)

Location: Hull

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Position: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

Our client is Hull's leading provider of Sage and IT Services to large and small companies across Yorkshire.

Through expansion they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and outgoing person to join their Sage Support Team as an Advisor.

Job Role:

Within this role you'll be supporting the company's customers with their software queries by helping with installations, checking financial information or providing process support.

The Candidate:

You'll need to have great questioning and trouble shooting skills in order to gain a full understanding of the query to ultimately resolve their problem.

You'll need to have excellent customer service skills, be confident in using IT generally and be able to create relationships with customers over the phone.

You don't need to know about Sage as the successful candidate will receive an intensive training programme leading to certification as a Sage Support Advisor - so don't worry the company will make sure that you are fully supported in your role.

You'll need to show:

  • Good problem solving skills
  • Basic Office Skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise your effort
  • Be competent with Microsoft Office and IT
  • Patience and understanding and able to empathise with client and their concerns
  • Willing to learn with a can do attitude
  • A professional and organised approach to work

It is essential the applicant shows proficiency for problem solving, has a good telephone manner and is able to provide a professional service over the phone and via email.
