Bower Roebuck & Co Ltd require a
Tuning Assistant
To work double day shifts in a busy department weaving on Dornier PTV looms using modern handling equipment for Quick Style Change.
Duties include assisting at gear changes, starting-up at a draw - through or knotting, along with loom maintenance.
Applicants should be fully conversant with Weaving or Knotting procedures and looking to progress to Tuner level.
A person with technical knowledge of yarn production and mechanical abilities would be considered.
