Candidate Profile:
- The successful candidate will be an experienced IT Project Manager with experience across a number of delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile).
- You will have a proven record of stakeholder and account management. The ability to support customers in achieving their strategic objectives is key to the role.
- You will have a track record of successfully leading and delivering software projects in a consultancy environment
- You will have experience working directly with customers, including the facilitation of meetings and workshops.
- You will be positive, proactive and have a desire to constantly improve.

Experience:
- Graduate with relevant degree.
- At least 3 years Project Management experience.
- Project Management experience of consultancy led software delivery projects is preferred but not essential.

Skills:
- PRINCE2 (or similar), Agile.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Scope and Change Control management skills.
- Commercial acumen.

Other Requirements:
- A good team member who is supportive and helpful.
- Flexible and prepared to learn new skills and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel and work on customer site.
- Line management experience would be an advantage.

Training:
- A tailored development plan will be delivered to suit the needs of the individual and will cover all aspects including technical and non-technical skills and experience.
- Support to gain certifications and accreditations in the relevant technologies.
