The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing, international Web Company

Main duties:
To be responsible for Talent Acquisition for internal and external vacancies

The Role:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on strong partnerships with hiring managers and best-in-class candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand immediate and long term hiring needs
- Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines, including both traditional and cutting-edge techniques; advertising, social media, LinkedIn, technical forums, events, networking, referral generation
- Find, engage & activate passive candidates and increase employer brand awareness within Tech candidate market
- Assess candidates through CV screening, telephone/Skype and face-to-face interviewing
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers
- Manage offer process including negotiations, partnering with hiring managers
- Record all talent acquisition metrics and assist with monthly reporting to Management, demonstrating any key improvements to time-to-hire, cost-to-hire, agency use, etc.
- Assist the HR manager with talent acquisition strategy for technical areas, making recommendations based on industry research on recruitment metrics
- Be a World First ‘Brand Ambassador’

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English additional fluency in French would be a strong advantage (written and spoken)
- In-house or agency based recruitment experience with a focus on technology roles is essential

- Understanding of different technical terminology and development practices
- Knowledge of relevant IT talent acquisition channels; LinkedIn, StackOverflow, Tech networking events and recruitment fairs, etc.
- Experience in resourcing candidates through direct channels with a focus on ROI, employer brand consistency and time-to-hire
- Consultative approach with strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure, dealing with a high volume and broad range of technical hiring requirements
- Collaborative, energetic and forthcoming with ideas

Up to £50,000 p.a. + Bens + Bonus
