Now we need to recruit a highly capable individual for the new post of Sales Training & Development Manager to help us write the next page of our success story and enhance our growth trajectory.

The Role:

- The main remit of the role is to grow and develop both our in-house Sales team and our remote based Sales staff.
- Reporting to the company founder and the Board of Directors you will have responsibility for initial phases of Recruitment, and induction, onboarding, and Training of new Sales team members across the UK.
- The individual will maintain existing online Training material, but also update and innovate those materials, and bring in new ideas, in line with the company's commitment to continuous improvement.
- The appointee will hold daily and weekly meetings with Sales staff to coach them on a performance improvement plan, whilst ensuring their Sales activity is aligned with our Sales playbook and maintains administration best practice.
- You will retain some personal responsibility for Sales Account Management and Corporate Account development.

The Individual:

- Your career track record to date must show that you "live and breathe" Sales performance metrics to identify general organisational improvement.
- Ideally you will have worked for a corporate organisation as a Sales Trainer or have other Training experience that is demonstrably relevant to this role.
- Although personal Sales do not form a KPI to this role, you will be expected to maintain some customer contact and development, and be ready to make effective interventions when called upon.
- Our Head Office is in Maidstone, Kent, but we also support remotely based Sales employees based across the UK. It is therefore likely that the individual will be currently based in the South East. The role will consequently involve some (fully expensed) travel within the UK.
