Main Purpose of Role:
This role is to provide administrative support across a wide range of operations and tasks involved in the sourcing and buying of product.
This will include liaising with suppliers predominantly in China and Pakistan to ensure the smooth running of the Department and sourcing process.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
Daily email correspondence with Pakistan and China suppliers;
Monitoring new design development, including creating and maintaining a critical path;
Attending pre-production meetings and completing Product Design Specifications relevant to your supplier base.
Liaison with Design, Merchandise and Sales Departments;
Maintaining and updating supplier price database and ensuring prices circulated to relevant parties;
Collating and distributing supply chain information to the business, such as weekly shipment lists and invoice and packing details.
Arranging overseas couriers;
Arranging travel and hotels for overseas trips.
General administrative tasks
