Salary - £14,095.00 (£6.95 weekdays and £9.46 weekends)

Job Title - Care Support Worker (20, 30 & 39 hour positions available)

Brief Description -

Our Client is looking for team members from a variety of different backgrounds to join us in helping provide person-centred support to individuals in residential settings, encouraging each individual to have independence through choice.

Key person specification -

• A basic knowledge of Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASDs)
• An ability to produce clear reports and keep accurate records
• Clear oral communication skills
• Commitment to Equal Opportunities
• Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or a commitment to work towards gaining    this qualification)

Team members may support individuals with personal, physical, social and emotional aspects of their lives; enabling individuals to reach their life goals and aspirations as well as empowering individuals with day-to-day living support.

Flexibility to work to a rolling rota is essential; all rotas are planned 2-3 months in advance so you will know what you are working. Their houses are located throughout Cornwall and a large percentage of our homes are not near public transport routes.

The post is a permanent position and 20, 30 or 39 hour positions are available; all posts are subject to a six month probationary period.
