An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Outreach Support Worker (OSW) at Nechells Primary E-ACT Academy, one of our Birmingham Primary academies.
You will play a central role in Academy life, leading on the development of high quality family support services through parental engagement, children’s support groups, and regular, high calibre staff and governor training regarding safeguarding. In so doing, you will lead on ensuring that everyone within Nechells understands the importance of, and role they play, in placing children’s safety and happiness at the core of everything we do.
The OSW, reporting to and working with our national safeguarding Systems Leader will also help shape the role of safeguarding across all 23 E-ACT academies.
