Customer Services Officer / Recpetionist

Your role will be based in Enfield Council's Face to Face Customer Services Centre, where you need to actively handle and resolve customer contacts at the first point of contact promoting self service where possible using a range of multiple communication methods. Transactions to include: signposting, detailed information/advice provision, complaints handling skills and specialist service knowledge to resolve queries, taking payments/ refunds, requesting a service, tracking a service.

Applicants must be flexible to work shift patterns, which cover the hours from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
