Virtual Client Relations Administrator - Property Photography for UK Estate Agencies
London
£20,000 OTE + Bonus + Allowance + Home based!
We are an exceptional, forward-thinking property photography company who are pioneers in providing marketing solutions in estate agency.
We’re dedicated to finding and building an exceptional team to join our multi-award winning business and transforming not only the business itself but the whole property market as we go.
We are looking for IT literate administrators with excellent customer service skills who can handle large volumes of queries and resolve them quickly and effectively. You will also look to improve systems and be confident with Excel, Google docs, VOIP and ERP systems. You will work from home and will be able to commute to the London office for meetings and social functions.
The role is to ensure that the relationships with clients are strong and that issues are minimised and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
> Resolving issues through: email, phone, text and system notes
> Maintaining up to date communication sheets at all times and providing accurate feedback on tracking sheets
> Liaising closely with other administrators and managers to check on the status of an issue through VOIP and emails
> Solving any issues that have arisen and continually working to identify the root cause of tickets and provide ways to solve any problems so overall ticket quantity is reduced
> Improving relationships between strategic partners through good communication
> Proactively identify ways to improve systems and relationships and raise them with the Manager
Key Relationships:
> Client Relations Manager
> Client Relations Administrators
> Operations Manager
Person Specification:
> Good A Levels grades equivalent
> Experience of managing client relationships
> Strong Word and Excel skills
> Knowledge of ERP systems, Office 365, Google docs and VOIP
> Excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
> Ability to resolve issues quickly by talking with people and understanding the urgency of problems
> Strong typing skills with good spelling and grammar
> Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail
> Positive attitude and always looking to improve
> Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
> Dedicated office space in own home is required with PC or laptop
Remuneration package:
> Base salary: £16,000
> Bonus: £4,000 per annum that’s achievable and paid in quarterly amounts
> Location: Home based within one hour commute of Bethnal Green (So save £1,000 - £3,000 and between 250-500 hours of commuting every year)
> Hours of work: 9am-6pm with one hour for lunch
> Holidays: 28 days including statutory holiday
> Home working allowance: £150 per quarter
