Our client - Britain’s favourite bed specialist - is dedicated to ensuring that their customers get a great night’s sleep.

They are looking to recruit a dedicated Store Manager to lead by example, and inspire their diverse team to maximise sales and deliver first class customer service.

You will have the ability to show your sales management experience by driving sales and improving the store’s performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators. As a Store Manager you will ensure that the store is well merchandised and continually look at ways to develop and improve business performance within your concession.

Working closely with your Regional Sales Manager you will have excellent communication skills and lead with a transparent management style, being clear, open and honest. You will maintain optimum staff levels and ensure staff are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude towards their role. With experience in change management and a record of meeting targets you will be career focused and self-motivated to get the best from your team!

Retail experience in the bed sector is preferred but not essential as full product training will be given. In return, our client can offer a great salary, commission/bonus schemes along with additional benefits and the opportunity to progress within their ever growing business.
