35 hours per week - shifts will include late finishes (up to midnight) and weekend work

The role
Working as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll answer inbound calls from our customers and help them with their everyday banking requests such as paying bills, setting up a standing order to opening a Savings Account. By building rapport and listening to our customers’ needs you’ll be able to identify which products and services are right for them.
