Customer Service - Sales Representative

Our client has Customer Service, Sales and Web Chat Opportunities. They provide a range of contact services to blue chip companies, including sales & customer support, both inbound and outbound, B2C & B2B, via phone and live web chat. They are looking for dedicated, positive and motivated people to work full-time on one of their campaigns. They are currently recruiting for various roles.

• Previous contact centre experience desirable
• Experience in sales / customer service /administration desirable

Working hours vary, depending on the role and campaign. B2B campaigns generally work Mon – Fri during business hours, whereas customer support roles work on shift work across Mon – Sun.
