Our client is a leading precious metals company working in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and they are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their outbound sales team.
To be considered, you will be experienced in promoting goods and services via the telephone. Our client offers a non-pressurised environment enabling you to promote their services to existing customers and to new prospects, where we have already established there is a need for their products and services.
You will be working with a small and knowledgeable team who take inbound and outbound calls, this particular telesales role is working on the outbound desk. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer accounts in the precious metals and hazardous waste industry. Full training about our products and services will be given. You will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years telephone sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting objectives
In return our client is looking to offer an annual salary of between £18k and £20k + paid holiday entitlement of 30 days (including bank holidays) a company pension scheme and an incentive scheme based on sales growth.
This role is a permanent contract and we are looking for a start date of August/September. The role is interesting and varied as many different types of clients are attracted to our products and services, you will be working for a company that is progressive and with a long history.
