The rules of Business Mobility are changing and our entrepreneurially spirited Corporate Accounts team is expanding to meet these challenges. You will play a pivotal part in our continued success by managing a portfolio of Alphabet prospects and customers and selling a range of financial / fleet products and services. The region covered will encompass the Midlands, London and South of England.

The role:

  • Develop and grow business primarily within existing fleet company customers together with some specified new business target accounts Establish relationships at all levels internally and with customers to maximise growth and achieve profitability targets within the defined region Analyse complex data in order to identify opportunities for business growth and present to senior stakeholders both internally and externally Provide first class customer service; resolving issues quickly and effectively as well as measuring and improving customer satisfaction Training internal colleagues on customer information and assisting the CSM team with planning and service delivery


The individual:

  • Proven experience of inspirational relationship management and sales target achievement; ideally within the financial service or fleet/leasing industry Possess a positive track record of success against performance targets Demonstrable strong customer service skills with the ability to define and achieve the standard required to differentiate Alphabet from the competition Able to analyse complex data quickly and effectively; delivering pertinent summaries and recommendations both internally and externally. Strong excel skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills; able to work collaboratively with a diverse audience to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
