Cash Converters are seeking a Personal Finance Advisor, based in the Rochdale Cash Converter Branch. Salary a minimum of £16000, plus Bonus, 22 days holidays + Bank holidays and Company Pension

Personal Finance Advisor Responsibilities;

Providing excellent customer service to customers who are enquiring for one of our Personal Finance products, you'll work with them to complete the necessary application forms, making sure that the product is the right one for them and best suits their individual needs, ensuring that we adhere to all responsible lending policies. It's about listening to individual customers, building a rapport with each and every customer and ensuring you provide a first class service.

To be successful in the Personal Finance Advisor role it is essential you have experience of working in a sales environment, a friendly, professional telephone manner and the communication skills needed to build a rapport with all sorts of people. You'll have bags of enthusiasm, plenty of confidence and able to use your own initiative. You need to know your way around a PC and ideally you will have experience with using CRM systems.

- Previous face to face customer service experience within a sales environment

- Demonstrates effective negotiation skills

- Good PC skills

- Financial experience within a sales/financial environment
