Part Time Duty Manager upto £7.69/hr + bonus + free karting

A fantastic Part Time Duty Manager job, role in Crawley, West Sussex working for TeamSport the UKs largest and fastest growing Indoor Karting Company. We offer exciting multi-level tracks with well maintained state of the art karts across the UK our mission is to give customers an experience they will never forget and that’s where you come in. The job will include the day to day operations of the centre within agreed budgets, helping staff achieve agreed targets and KPIs whilst providing the highest levels of customer service at the Track .You will ideally have 12-18 months in the Leisure industry, with 6-12 months supervisory experience and a proven customer service track record. We are looking for team players with excellent communication skills who enjoy working with colleagues and customers. You will need to work evenings and weekends and be no further than a 45 minute drive from the track.

Key Duties:

• Daily compliance with health and safety
• Staff supervision
• Daily maintenance of the tracks and karts
• Oversee the running of the snack bar facilities
• Financial compliance within agreed budgets
• Maintain cash security within SOP
• Responsible for sustained contribution towards additional sales, including up selling
• Accurate and timely reporting on H&S, Finance, Staffing

Person Specification:

• 12-18 months customer service experience ideally within the Leisure Industry
• 6-12 months supervisory experience
• Team player
• Leadership qualities
• Strong communication skills
• IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure
