PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / SALES ADMIN SUPPORT

SALARY: £8 to £9 per hour basic plus benefits.

LOCATION: Working remotely in support of the National Sales Manager, you have the flexibility to either be based from home, or from a local business centre, such as Leigh de la Mere, Astec West, or Temple Way offices.

HOURS: You will be looking to work part time - 25 hours per week between 9.30am to 2.30pm – finding the right person is the most important thing, so specific hours can be tailored to suit your circumstances.

This young, dynamic and rapidly expanding leading supplier of interior / exterior green living walls and sustainable green, horticultural products, has created a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, star individual, who can provide added value support and contribute to the growth of the business.

As a part time Sales Support Administrator / Office Administrator, supporting the National Sales Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of interesting a varied duties and responsibilities, from handling incoming calls, to maintaining order processing systems, whilst liaising with Architects, Landscapers, Building Contractors and Designers. It will be your job to help support the National Account Manager, helping to achieve shared goal and targets.

After in-depth product training, including gaining a firm understanding of the systems and procedures, your day-to-day responsibilities in this exciting, busy, and challenging role will include:

* Handling phone calls, enquiries and messages.

* Preparing sales quotations, purchase and sales orders.

* Accepting sales orders over the telephone.

* Dealing with queries from new / existing customers.

* Advising on the best solutions / products.

* Updating and maintaining the CRM system.

* Helping to design and generate online marketing campaigns.

* Online media feeds (twitter – etc).

* Account/Bill queries.

Ideally with experience working in a sales support, administration, or similar role / environment, you must have a knowledge of order processing, experience using a CRM system for logging quote details, good computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook), and a solid foundation in English and mathematics.

The ability to communicate with customers professionally and effectively is essential, but product / industry knowledge is not a requirement as ongoing training and support will equip you with the skills you need.

Your key qualities should include:

* Quick to learn and able to work on your own initiative.

* An all-round communicator with a good telephone manner / call handling skills.

* Well organised and able to prioritise your own work load.

* A team player who understand the importance of shared targets and objective.
