Parseq Ltd have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the growing contact centre site in Doxford. Working on a full time, permanent basis, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.

The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage our recruitment; motivating and developing an enthusiastic team to ensure we deliver the right people, at the right time, in the right places.

With significant growth plans, you’ll design and implement the attraction strategy (including digital, social media and print), developing and implementing our selection and on-boarding strategies and processes. Working closely with senior level stakeholders you will ensure delivery of new starters to enable us to meet our strategic business objectives.

What should the Recruitment Manager expect?

- Develop a good understanding of business objectives to effectively shape and plan recruitment requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships and effective communication channels with all stakeholders so that resourcing requirements can be anticipated, identified and satisfied quickly and cost effectively.

- Continue to develop sourcing strategy and new innovative recruitment channels based on market insight and aligned to client needs in order to drive the best possible recruitment solutions.

- Work closely with Managers during the full end-to-end recruitment process, advising and contributing to key decisions.

- Ensure that all permanent recruitment systems are used effectively and in line with agreed processes

- Advise Managers on the most appropriate and cost effective direct sourcing methods such as talent pools, referrals, recruiting databases, job boards, social media and head hunting

- Extensive experience working within an internal Recruitment function

- Experience of resource planning and working proactively

- Demonstrable track record in managing the end to end recruitment process for permanent hiring

- High level of interpersonal and communication skills, confident, able to form solid partnerships with senior business leaders and influence them

- Experience of working on high volume recruitment at a variety of levels

The successful Recruitment Manager candidate will work 37.5 hours a week which may require evening and weekend work during particularly period of high volume recruitment.
