Service Engineer
Wetherby
£17-22,000 + Company Car + Phone + Digital Pen
Performance Objectives
- Preventative and emergency maintenance of Microwave ovens and all that the product encompasses, from the lights to the machinery.
- Ensure correct and appropriate parts are fitted to machinery and equipment as required.
- Emergency reactive maintenance of the products, as required.
- Weekend on calls as scheduled. 1 in every four weeks.
- Responsible for the upkeep and care of the Company van and tools. This includes making sure the services are carried out at set intervals and the MOT and car tax are up to date.
- Van to be kept clean and tidy and it will be subject to regular checks.
- It is the responsibility of the Engineer to ensure that the van is not illegally parked and that parking is paid in advance so as to prevent fines.
- Responsible for keeping the van properly stocked with spare parts
- Responsible for the upkeep and care of company tools, mobile phone and spare parts.
- Following correct procedures for paperwork including Engineering job sheet and weekend call out forms. (1 in 4 weekends)
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Clean UK drivers licence
- Proven experience in a similar role including electrical experience
- Ability to travel frequently
