The Company

Main duties
To provide excellent Customer Service & solve technical issues in timely and professional manner

The Role
- To ensure clients receive high standard of service
- To liaison with internal department
- To provide exceptional customer services
- To keep the client database updated
- To ensure that individual cases are handle in time
- To daily telephone communication with customers to resolve cases as quickly as possible

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)  
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience
- Have worked with CRM - ideally
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organised
- A natural problem solver
- Team player
