Salary: £42,000
Calan DVS is a leading provider of Domestic Abuse services across South Wales delivering a comprehensive range of support to individuals, families and young people including refuge, community based and preventative initiatives.
Our recently extended organisation is looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer who will have the passion and drive to continue to build on our successes.
With a dynamic team in support, the successful post holder will lead the strategic vision of the organisation, extend our service provision so that it meets the requirements of our service users, and build on our established reach and influence working with a wide range of stakeholders and developing new relationships.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will demonstrate an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the sector or a related field. A minimum of four years in a senior leadership role with financial, commercial service delivery and management experience at a senior level is essential.
