Essex Cares are looking for enthusiastic candidates with previous Customer Service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
In this Customer Service Support role, you will provide high level administration support to our Hubs, Operations Office, Essex Equipment Service and Business Support Centre inclusive of reception duties as required.
You will be the first point of contact to Service Users, Members of the Public, Commissioners and Stakeholders and will provide a professional, customer friendly service to all customers, delivering a consistent level of service.
