Office Manager / Sales Support / Marketing Assistant opportunity for marketing and sales company based in Grimsby (DN31) offering a salary of up to £25,000 (depending on skills) plus benefits.
The main purpose of the role of Office Manager is to provide office management, administration, sales and marketing support within the Company.

About the role of Office Manager:
Administration tasks
- Ensure the efficient running of the office
- Reception duties including answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, making refreshments and keeping the office/ reception appearance professional.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and requests.
- Maintain electronic systems, including reporting and dealing with all IT queries, filing of emails and updating of electronic calendars.
- Follow up, track, record and issue invoices as required for Diving / Marine Service payments.
- Undertake various HR duties in support of and as required by the Directors including the provision of statistical information, maintaining records of training, assisting with Toolbox talks, taking minutes at HR specific meetings, ensure personnel files are up to date and secure.
- Maintaining the health and safety requirements of the Company including updating records and carrying out audits, liaising with the Directors regarding health and safety compliances.
- Assist with personnel recruitment and selection including placing adverts, chasing references, arranging short-listing and interview packs, contacting candidates and any other associated duties.
- Make travel arrangements as required.
- Handling petty cash requirements for personnel and operating the till/ card machine for customer payments.
- Ordering, receiving and maintaining office supplies.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide PA support to Directors as necessary.
- Assist with property management for the Directors commercial property portfolio.
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
- Provide marketing and sales support for the Company’s sales function.
