• Previous retail OR managerial experience is essential
• Experience in a sales/customer based environment desirable
• Knowledge of products desired but not essential (training will be given)
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills

• Enthusiastic and confident
• Self-motivated
• Good at handling pressure
• Good IT and numeracy skills

The role of Retail Store Manager:

Our Store Managers are key to our business, they deliver high quality customer service and expert knowledge of our products. They are self-motivated and committed to meeting sales targets as well as being confident with a friendly but professional manner towards customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a retail environment and also have experience of managing or supervising others. To be successful you will have natural people skills and not only have the ability to understand the customer's needs but also have the ability to influence the customer's decision making.

This particular role is for 36 hours per week between Monday - Saturday and offers a competitive salary of between £8 - £9 + bonus depending on experience. Candidates must be willing to consider overtime.
