This conference call startup is trying to improve the way companies host conference calls. With a focus on ease of use and overall user experience they utilise the latest technologies to build a compelling and game changing service that is making waves in the industry.
Following the securing of outside investment the startup are expanding their sales function and a unique opportunity has arisen to become a founding member of the sales team. They are looking for a proven sales person or sales manager with the passion and ambition for creating and leading a successful sales team to take on the role of Head of Sales.
As well as developing and testing the sales strategy and building the sales team this is a hands on role at the frontline of introducing new business to the startup.
As Head of Sales you will:
- Work closely with the management team to develop the sales strategy
- Create, lead, recruit and motivate a dedicated sales team
- Forecast, manage and report on the sales pipeline
- Develop and grow strong relationships with key clients
You will have:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience
- A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast paced environment
- The confidence to motivate and lead a team of sales people
- Exposure to selling SaaS
- Strong relationship building skills
