Telesales / Telemarketing Consultant (B2B)
Fareham
Hours: Full-time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: Basic salary plus excellent commission structure (uncapped) and other benefits. Realistic first year OTE £18k+; 2nd year £25k+

As a Telesales / Telemarketing Consultant you will be developing new business via the telephone, contacting companies to establish their requirements and discuss how our services can meet their needs. Although the vast majority of the position will be telephone based there may be occasional opportunities to attend sales meetings with potential clients.

You will be provided with full training regarding the sales process, including sourcing leads, structuring a sales call, overcoming objections and completing a sale, as well as training on our services and IT systems.

Key responsibilities of the role:
* Generate leads for prospective clients
* Contacting potential companies via the telephone to introduce and discuss our services
* Identify individual client needs and handle questions in an effective manner
* Maximise revenue through follow up calls and effective account management

What are we looking for? Applicants must have excellent spoken and written English language skills and be comfortable communicating with a variety of people at all levels. You will need to be able to listen to the requirements of the client and be able to recommend products that meet their needs. You must be self-motivated with an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude. Previous telesales, telemarketing or call centre experience may be advantageous but is not essential as full training is provided.
