Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (42 hours/week)

The successful applicant will have Nursing experience ideally working with the elderly and people suffering with dementia. You will be up to date with current practices and have good knowledge of CQC regulations. Compassion and a desire to make a difference are a necessity.
The purpose of the Registered Nurse is:
1. To meet the physical and mental health needs of residents. To help maintain their health and assist them to cope with changes in their mental and physical abilities.
2. To assess, plan and implement personalised clinical care for each resident
and keep individual residents' care plans up to date.
3. To continually monitor residents' mental status and cognitive abilities, and any acute / chronic health concerns as necessary. To discuss and manage more common health issues with residents.
3. To maintain excellent clinical performance and health & safety standards.
Candidates for this vacancy must:
* Have current NMC registration and be on part one of the register
* Have good organisational and time management skills
* Must be able to work flexible hours
* Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
* Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
