Customer Services Administrator Fixed Term 6 Months

They are looking for Customer Service Administrators to help them in their compassionate recovery. They have recently been awarded the highly prestigious Investors in People GOLD / Champion status and Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award

The Role

They are looking to fill multiple positions with great customer service and administration professionals who enjoy dealing with clients in a fast-moving Financial Services environment. They will need you to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills. Debt collection experience and or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Dealing with email queries from Customers or Representing Parties (ensuring agreed SLA's and KPI's are achieved)
- Dealing with inbound and outbound correspondence with Customers, ensuring an excellent level of Customer Service is consistently delivered
- Customer bereavement notification processing
- Accurate input of data
- Estate Claim filling with Solicitors
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the team
- Achieving minimum requirements (M/R) on all key performance indicators, including monetary targets
- Ensures compliance with all UK legislation, as detailed in our training and all PCA policies and procedures.
- Input, development and improvement of current and new operational processes
- Other administration tasks

Essential skills:

- Excellent Communication - both written and verbal
- Excellent IT Skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- To work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
- A consistent professional approach to all tasks
