The National Trust for Scotland now has an opportunity for a Retail Supervisor at Robert Burns Birthplace Museum.
You will have a passion for sales (with a strong retail background), excellent communication and team working skills, and first class customer service skills.
You will supervise a small team to ensure that they deliver efficient, friendly, and accurate service based on customer needs and expectations, and that income targets are reached and surpassed.
