Job Elements: -
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and achievement of the site annual business plans in-line with the targets for the plant.
• Responsibility for the roll-out and implementation of the global and regional mid-term plan strategies into the manufacturing plant.
• Primary responsibility for the direction and development of the management team to ensure the achievement of the plant KPI targets, whilst maximizing the efficiency of the manufacturing plant.
• Management of the business unit and non-manufacturing functions that directly affect plant performance in order to achieve the plant operational profit target.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Ideally possess a degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Aerospace, Automotive or electronics manufacturing experience
• Ability to introduce/demonstrate change within a large organisation
• Responsible for a work force above 300
• Ability to speak French or German would be an advantage but not essential
• Ability to develop business plans, understanding of finance vital and also commercial side of the business
