Junior Sous / Chef De Partie’s

Two Exciting Opportunities have arisen with an Independently Owned Pub Restaurant, based in Darlington.

We’re looking for two Jnr Sous / Chef De Partie’s to be a part of the friendly kitchen team, working alongside our Head Chefs and Exec Chefs.

Experience needed in producing high quality, fresh locally sourced food on a high volume basis.

Responsibilities include stock control, preparation & cooking of dishes as well as good organisation and communication skills.

Working hours are 5 out of 7 days, 48 hours per week.
We have an opportunity for an immediate start and pay will be negotiable depending on experience.
