Reception Supervisor

As a Shift Leader/Supervisor on Reception you will be responsible for the smooth running of your shift. You will ensure that service standards are consistently exceptional and that every guest's experience is seamless both at the Reception Desk and throughout their stay. You will be supervising a small team of receptionist and providing them with training, coaching and support, particularly when dealing with guest queries, in order to achieve a positive outcome. You will also act as an important point of contact between the Head of Department and the guests and ensure feedback and information is communicated properly.

You will also be expected to drive sales, promote services and support the team with upselling opportunities as well as delivering team briefs and communications.
