Roofing Maintenance Operative / Maintenance Roofer

Job Title: Experienced Roofing Maintenance Team Required (one lead trade and one assistant)

Our client is are an established central London based multi-trade 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance provider delivering services to a variety of clients owning and managing significant commercial, retail and residential portfolios in London.

Job Role:

The company are looking to recruit an additional two man Roofing Team (one lead trade and one assistant) to the company's permanent, directly employed trades teams whom have the following qualifications and attributes;

• Time served, with experience of working within a Reactive maintenance/small works environment.
• The ability to review work on site and identify the most efficient methods of repairing/maintaining and costing same.
• Experience on both flat and pitched roofs.
• Possess high levels of Health and Safety awareness and knowledge - further training will be given.
• The ability to effectively communicate with the management team and clients in support of delivering service excellence
• A willingness to participate in the company's on-call rota
• Current holder of a CSCS card is preferable but not essential.
• Full driving license
• A good standard of administration
• High standards of personal presentation
• A reasonable knowledge of London and its foibles….
