Assistant General Manager - Oxford

At itsu we’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to complete the team at our Oxford shop. Salary of up to £28,000, 25% bonus.

As Assistant General Manager you will the General Manager’s right hand person!

You will support your General Manager in driving your itsu business by taking accountability for sales and profit and most importantly the well being, development and happiness of your itsu team.

You’ll be an existing Assistant or Deputy or Assistant General Manager at the top of your game but looking for a new challenge. You will currently be working in a fast paced, high volume hospitality environment and ideally have a proven track record working within a branded business. You will know that you are nothing without your people, being a natural when it comes to inspiring and motivating those around you.
