Job Title: Occupational Health Sales Executive

Salary: £35,000 OTE

Based: Eccles, Manchester

The company provides nationwide, on site health surveillance and occupational health services. They carry out Health surveillance (hearing tests, lung function tests, skin checks and HAVS checks) all from their specialist mobile medical units, carried out at their client's sites nationwide.

Due to their continued success, they are expanding their team and looking for a self-motivated and confident sales and account managers based there in Eccles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and developing our Occupational Health Consultancy services to a variety of clients in both the commercial and public sector
  • Developing cross selling opportunities for other ELAS Group services to include Food Safety, Health and Safety and Employment Law
  • Developing new business opportunities and identifying new leads
  • Developing sales strategy, direction and tactics at a national level
  • Supporting all sales activity with the company
  • Business and account planning of major contracts to ensure growth and development
  • Providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on individual performance
  • Consult, sell and implement occupational health, risk management services, training, substance misuse policies, and wellbeing programmes
  • Business and account planning of major contracts to ensure growth and development
  • Conducting senior level presentations with BDM's to create/maintain relationships
  • Forecast new business monthly, quarterly and annually to ensure operational capacity
  • Tender application management
  • Project management and delivery of new client implementation meetings for the range of services including;
    • Onsite senior management and HR meetings
    • Onsite launch presentations to management and employees

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive sales experience with an Occupational Health Provider
  • Ability to demonstrate significant year on year new sales wins and account growth
  • An in depth understanding of the services being sold
