It is anticipated that the successful candidate will exhibit a minimum of two years' hands-on experience in Reprographics role servicing the legal sector. It is important that the candidate has demonstrable prior experience of basic reprographics and finishing technologies and processes. It is also important that the candidate has experience working as an on-site representative for a reprographic services provider within the legal sector.

Service orientated, with excellent problem solving abilities and strong verbal communication skills, the individual will be comfortable working to strict deadlines in a legal environment and will have shown the ability to interact with all levels of staff in that same environment.

A consultative yet assertive disposition will be necessary in order to strike the right balance between achieving client satisfaction and the provision of relevant advice and guidance to legal professionals based on strong personal domain knowledge.
