Project / Account Manager and IT Support

This world leader in Online Product Personalisation Software are looking for a multi skilled individual to join their fast growing business.

They are looking for a talented enthusiastic Project and Account Manager to join their existing support team at Macclesfield.

The role is predominately a project management role but the successful candidate would be expected to learn elements of day to day running of the personalisation apps & websites and troubleshooting to enable them to assist in general support as once their projects are completed they take on a more "Account Manager" role to help maintain the relationship as the main point of contact.

The role is very varied and not a traditional Project Manager vacancy the key responsibilities are detailed below

- Organizing and Scheduling projects that are assigned to you
- Maintaining deadlines
- Communicating with clients and passing clear requirements to their Development Team
- Ability to learn and use Magento Content Management System
- Ability to learn and use their Inhouse Personalisation Software
- Ability to train their customers on the above software
- Ability to troubleshoot customer problem on the above points
- Ability to manage customers and guide them in providing content
- Ability to work with their other developers to build and create websites

They are a small busy team (20 people) and are looking for somebody with drive and enthusiasm that enjoys their work.

Some experience of Magento, PHP and Web Servers would be a plus but are not required, the successful candidate will have a passion for learning new skills and enjoy working with people as well as helping manage IT projects.
