Membership Services Officer - Uk Trade Association
The Cast Metals Federation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join its small team in a busy Midlands office.
You will be expected to:
- Deal with enquiries, incoming calls and emails.
- Prepare meeting papers and attend meetings
- Ensure accuracy in preparing written and graphical reports
- Deliver first class customer experience whilst working as a part of a small team
Knowledge of the foundry industry an advantage.
