Support Worker - Community Supported Accommodation (Bristol)

Full-time 37 hours Salary Range C 1-4 £18, 740 - 20,467

The post is within Community Supported Accommodation (CSA), a high level service offering support to people with mental health issues or learning difficulties who want to move out of residential care or other institutional settings to live independently in the community.

You will have experience of support planning, needs assessments and the benefits system. Experience and understanding of working with people with multiple needs, mental health, or learning difficulties is essential.
