Licensed Trade And Food Service Manager

£27,123 - £29,558 pa (Pending Review)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced licensed trade and food service professional to join a busy team in one of the country’s largest students’ unions with a membership of more than 37,000 students. You will have proven experience in the operational and commercial management of licensed trade and food service outlets, and will be commercially aware with sound business knowledge and demonstrable experience of meeting sales & profit targets.

This is a hands on role for someone highly motivated, with a desire to work in a student-led environment. You will manage a busy team delivering safe, quality value for money services, and an excellent level of customer care. Reporting to a member of the senior management team, this role provides lots of opportunities for development.
