Salary: £6.80 + per hour (pay award pending)

As a Support Worker you will be working with a wide range of individuals with learning disabilities/mental health and other complex needs in domiciliary or supported living services. You will be helping people to increase their independence and integration into the community, through supporting them with their daily living skills and networks.

Experience is preferred but not essential and you will have a positive “can-do” attitude as well as wanting to be part of a supportive team. We will provide you with fully paid training and support to ensure you reach your full potential. The most important skills you can bring to us are initiative, patience, understanding, compassion and a genuine enthusiasm for wanting to help and support others.
