A Rochdale primary school are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work full time across their key stage two department. The position is to start in September 2015.

This 1.5 entry Primary School in Rochdale caters for children from aged 5 to 11 years old. The school has a positive ethos dedicated to developing a respectful and supportive community allowing its pupils to reach their full potential. This is achieved by providing an enriched curriculum allowing every pupil to amerce themselves in new experiences and learning environments.

You will need to have a strong commitment to pupil's learning as well as caring and supportive qualities. Children's achievements are very important and the adults at work with great enthusiasm to make sure that each child achieves the very best they can.

This post will involve supporting both year5 and 6 classes. The successful candidate may also be required to liaise with outside agencies, for example the Sensory Support Service and local health professionals.
