This company is an independent niche developer of innovative, award winning, energy saving solutions and is well placed for considerable growth as a result of ever increasing energy costs and sustainability.

In order to meet the growth targets planned, reporting directly to and working closely with the Directors, there is an exciting opportunity for a bright, energetic Project and Quality Manager.

They offer a range of energy solutions which it supplies and installs to a wide range of markets including MOD, Central and Local Government, Education, Offices, Transport and Logistics etc.

The successful candidate will have a demanding, varied and busy day and responsible for successful project delivery including compliance with Health & Safety and external accreditations such as ISO 9001 and 14001.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and to receive training and development from an Investor In People accredited company. You will need to be bright, articulate, numerate, hard working, flexible, prepared to learn new skills and a spreadsheet wizard!

The role involves the management of key tasks including: installation contract procedures; Health and Safety documentation; installation contractor selection; supplier monitoring and being responsible for maintaining their external accreditations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self motivated and determined to succeed with great interpersonal talents, enthusiasm and passion. In return, they offer an attractive package circ. £28 - £32k (dependent on experience) and fantastic on the job training. Working hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) with an early finish on Friday at 3 pm!
