Continuing this growth we now have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a Sales Account Manager, based in the centre of Bournemouth. The successful applicant will join us on a full time and permanent basis and will receive a £25,000 basic salary & a very achievable £20,000-£40,000 OTE commission per annum and a host of other monthly and quarterly incentives for exceeding targets.

We sell a range of data and on-line marketing products and services to SME’s and Corporate Clients. The position of Sales Account Manager requires a minimum of five years sales experience, preferably in roles that include both self-generating new business and equally importantly, managing clients over longer periods of time, which is where 70% plus of our business is generated. This role is primarily office based, so you must have experience using the telephone and email and social media to generate business and communicate long term with clients. But this is NOT telesales. We use the telephone to prospect for new business in a very targeted way, to maintain contact with our clients and negotiate terms of business. We do occasionally meet with clients face to face as well, so field experience is also key. This would suit a person with consultative sales, and/or client management experience. THE ROLE:
As a Sales Account Manager you will be selling consumer and business data and email marketing services to UK call centres, insurance companies, companies in the renewable energy sector and other users of confidential information. This sales role is a mix of self-generating new business and generating business from inbound enquiries. 30% plus of these sales will then become regular clients and after three to four months 70% of your orders will come from repeat business. This will provide you with a baseline of guaranteed commission that increases month on month. You will be targeting senior contacts and business owners in a wide range of prospects within the SME and Corporate sectors.

REMUNERATION:
Our Sales Account Manager’s all receive the same basic salary of £25,000 p.a. and commission based on a percentage of the profit in each order above a very achievable target minimum. Commissions are the highest in our industry. (Average commissions for our existing team range between £20K and £60K per annum). We operate a range of great incentive programs just to add some extra money and prizes and fun.

THE PERSON:
We are looking for a successful sales person who has a track record of developing business and managing clients in a B2B environment. Specific industry experience is not required for this sales role. Our in-house training is second to none. However, you must be ambitious, hard-working and professional and you must be able to demonstrate a track record of success. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Sales experience is mandatory. We offer excellent product training and support to our Account Manager’s but we need you to demonstrate a history of success in sales.

- Excellent communication skills both in writing and on the phone.

- Basic experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

- Self-motivation.
