Senior Team Leader - Amnesty International in-house Street Fundraising campaign - £11.50ph -Bristol

HOURS: 35/WEEK, MON-FRI, 10am-6pm 
PAY: £11.50/HOUR 
LOCATION: Bristol 

Amnesty International is a movement of ordinary people from across the world standing up for humanity and human rights. Its purpose is to protect individuals wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied. 

AIUK, the UK section of the movement, is looking to launch an in-house street fundraising region in the south west. We are looking for a Senior Team Leader to set up and manage this. 

Your role would be to launch the first team in Bristol, train a team leader and repeat until there are three teams in the south west region then to manage those three teams. 

You would be responsible for: 
• Setting up and managing up to three teams 
• Training Team Leaders for each team 
• Ensuring targets are met 
• Ongoing development and motivation of your region 
• Ensuring the professional conduct of your staff 

We are looking for an experienced Face 2 Face team Leader who is ready for the next step and who has experience of launching teams. 

You must have fluent spoken English for this role.
