ICT Helpdesk Team Leader, Windows Server, MS Exchange, AD, £35-40k (dependent on experience) + company car, based in Slough.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years' Service Desk / Helpdesk Management experience.
- Thorough understanding of helpdesk operations, IT best practices, and customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of issue resolution.
- Good knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
- Good Windows Servers experience
- Good AD experience
- Good MS Exchange Server experience.
- Must be comfortable presenting to team and management.
- Must have excellent English communications skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Nice to have:
- ITIL Foundation useful
- MS SQL Server (2005, 2008)

Our client seeks an ICT Helpdesk Team Leader to lead a small team of highly talented service desk professionals.
As the ICT Helpdesk Team Leader your responsibilities will be:
- Managing a team of 3 user support engineers, ensuring clear objectives and personal development plans are in place and maintained.
- Ensuring the volume of work produced by the Service Desk meets Customer's Service Level Agreements (SLA) and exceeds quality standard.
- Planning and directing the daily operational activities within the Service Desk environment through efficient management and strong leadership.
- Working as a productive member in the team by resolving incidents as part of the daily routine.
