Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RNMH - Specialist Clinical Service

Bradley, Grimsby (Bradley Woodlands Low Secure)

Comparable with NHS Band 5/6, equivalent to £26,315 to £30,714 per annum for working a standard flexible shift pattern over 37.5 hours per week plus additional benefits

Their ethos is built upon a shared belief that the person is central to everything they do.

As part of their on-going development, they are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nurses to join their existing, highly skilled specialist team to deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment, high quality clinical inputs and rehabilitation programmes to the individuals that reside at their Bradley woodlands Hospital in Bradley, Grimsby. An exclusive hospital service where care is provided in a range of small, gender specific apartments that are adapted to provide effective and sustainable specialist pathways for individuals with highly complex, multiple needs that may be detained under the Mental Health Act.

In this exciting specialist role you will:

• Work closely with their in-house Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Therapists to develop effective, highly specialised, individual care and treatment programmes for the service users
• Provide leadership and support to the care teams
• Provide the highest level of specialist care to their service users through positive behaviour support and promoting personalisation, independence and safety at all times
• Enhance your existing skills and make a significant difference to the lives of others
 
Salary, Additional Enhancements and Benefits include:

• Starting pay is dependent on experience - £12.72 (Newly Qualified Preceptor) to £14.95 per hour, this includes a location enhancement of 50p per hour 
• Enhanced rates for weekend, night and bank holiday work
